Bauchi Talent Hub, is a youth-driven initiative committed to discovering and empowering young talents across Bauchi State

  • Showcase Talent – Provide a platform for youths to exhibit their unique skills in arts, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Empower Youth – Facilitate access to mentorship, training, and resources that can help youths grow personally and professionally.
  • Foster Innovation and Leadership – Encourage creative thinking and leadership among young people through workshops, hackathons, and bootcamps.

The project lead creates projects, organize and manage projects as well as assign responsibilities to each member lead were needed. He sets cost effectiveness and manages accountants/reporting to each member by coordinating the success of any project.

Technical Lead

The lead deals with all technical supports, technologies, ICT, designs, websites handling, e-Payment issues and many more.

Creative Lead

The lead creates ideas, organize presenters, create questions and answers for sessions, assessments, and ensure effective service delivery by the presenters.

Communication Lead

Involves media and communication, answering questions, and other media related services. Coordinates media organizations to ensure effective delivery by members.

Logistics and Work Stream Lead

Ensures all logistics activities during events are in place, e.g., decorations, event hall settings, and coordinates with the project lead for smooth execution.

Marketing Lead

Ensures marketing strategies are followed such as ticket sales and presenter registration. Supports customers and collaborates with the technical team for ticket delivery.
